Would you like to remember a loved one, honor someone, or simply spread the spirit of Christmas with a poinsettia? We will be accepting poinsettia plants (6” pots please, any color) in the church office during regular hours (9am-4pm) Monday-Wednesday, December 11-13. The poinsettias will be displayed in the sanctuary and Souers Community Hall December 17 and December 24 with the honorees’ names listed in the Sunday bulletin on December 17. 

Join us for Thrive!  (Adult Bible Study) on Tuesdays at 10 am in Fireside Room South and Wednesdays at 6 pm in Souers Hall.

Pastor Lynne will be leading Thrive (Adult Bible Study) we discuss Prayer Problems (unanswered prayer, undisciplined, predestination, hypocrites & pontificators, and feelings).

Each week, we will explore each type briefly, have time to discuss each type with others and be given ways to incorporate prayer at home.

Join us for a nutritious and delicious meal with all the fixings and dessert before we head to adult studies (Thrive!), children's choir (CLP Kids Choir), the children's worship service (Overflow!), and choir rehearsal. Nursery is available for children up to age 4, and all school-age children are welcome in Overflow!

This is an 'all church' invitation to fellowship, food, and fun.

The Chancel Choir and narrator, Jim Greer, will present a gospel-flavored Christmas Cantata  by Joel Raney.  The Christmas story through music reflects on the promise of peace delivered by the angels on the night of Jesus’ birth. The Christmas story is told through scriptural narration and familiar carols set in a variety of styles ranging from jazz to gospel to calypso. Join us in worship for this wonderful celebration of our Savior’s birth on Sunday, December 17 at 8 and 9:15am.

The Worship Team will present Immanuel (God with Us) in Souers Community Hall. The Christmas story will be brought to life through Scripture readings paired with Christmas songs that tell the story of the birth of Jesus, our promised Messiah. Join us in worship for this beautiful celebration of our Savior’s birth! Sunday, December 17, 10:45am.

Join us in front of the church for a Live Nativity Scene! Festivities include hayride with caroling, Santa Clause, crafts for the kids, hot chocolate, coffee, cookies, and tons of fun!

Please join us on Sunday, December 24, at 3 pm before the Christmas Eve service to set up the luminaries.

We will celebrate worship as one combined service on December 24 at 9:15am in the sanctuary.

Join us for a service of songs and stories from around the world, as we celebrate the birth of our Savior. We will sing French, German, Austrian, Czechoslovakian, English Caribbean, American, and Canadian carols that will include stories that coincide.

Sunday, December 24 at 5pm, 6:30pm and 8pm in the Sanctuary. The 5pm service features the worship band, 6:30 features the Chancel Choir and strings, and 8pm features the Bell Choir.
