Be BlessedJoin us at 8:30 or 10:00 for worship Dear Church Family, Are you #blessed? Do you feel #blessed? What does it mean to be #blessed? #blessed is everywhere on social media yet it often seems as if people using the hashtag equate the condition of being blessed with happiness and/or success. Join us on Sunday and we'll open the Scriptures together this Sunday and learn more about how we can understand the state of being blessed according to God's Word and His ways. Seeing as it is Valentine's weekend, we'll close our two services with a special time of blessing for couples. Check out the daily and Sunday lectionary readings using this link: bit.ly/CLPBible See you Sunday! Pastor Ted For more infomation visit:

CLP Kids Church Sunday at 8:30 & 10CLP Kids: Worship, Learn, and Grow in Faith! Join us on Sunday for CLP Kids Church! Check-in by the sanctuary bell tower and join us on this amazing journey of faith! At CLP Kids Church, kids grow in their faith, serve in Christ’s love, and engage in God’s mission. Children ages 5 and up start in the sanctuary, worshiping with the congregation to learn what it means to be part of God’s family. Then, they head to Classroom 6 for fun, engaging lessons, creative activities, and meaningful connections. This Sunday, we’re exploring the story of Samson and Delilah and what it teaches us about strength, trust, and making wise choices. Samson was chosen by God and given incredible strength to lead Israel, but his weakness for temptation and misplaced trust led to his downfall. Despite his failures, God’s power was still at work—even in his final moments. Judges 21:25, which reminds us: Without God’s guidance, people followed their own desires, leading to chaos and destruction—just like Samson did when he followed his own impulses rather than God’s wisdom. Our program is growing, and we’re excited to see so many children learning about Jesus! We’d love more volunteers to help make Sundays even more special. If you’re interested in joining this meaningful ministry, please reach out to Pastor Brenda at bhoulihan@clp.church. Let’s keep growing together! |
