As we gathered for worship this past Sunday,  198 people joined us as Pastor Kris taught from Matthew 22:34-46 with the message, "Love the Lord"

We just want to take a moment to say thank you for all the love you showed us during Pastor Appreciation Month. From the cards and encouraging notes to the flowers, special treats, and so many thoughtful gestures, we felt incredibly loved and appreciated.

We hope you know how much we love this church family. It really is a privilege and an honor to be called by God to serve here. We don't take that lightly, and we are so grateful that we get to walk through life and ministry together.

Thank you for loving us so well. We love you right back, and we are so thankful for each of you!

Get ready for a sweet and silly evening at Table & Treat! Bring the kids, invite a friend, and come enjoy a fun night of food, treats, and fellowship. Kids (and grown-ups, too!) are welcome to dress up in their favorite non-scary costumes.

Our tables will be set up just as they are for Wednesday night dinner but with fun decorations, so when you arrive, simply choose any table you’d like and make yourself at home. No assigned seats—just find a spot and join the fun!

You can bring a treat to share with the kids and help make the evening extra sweet! Just to be on the safe side, plan for 30 kids.  Whatever's left over, is up for grabs by the adults!

Our Open Arms volunteers have arrived safely in South Africa and are enjoying precious time with the children they support and pray for throughout the year. What a joy it is to be together again and see those bright, beautiful smiles!

This year, our volunteers brought a special gift for the children: beach towels personalized with their names! The towels were purchased with money collected during Vacation Bible School, making this a wonderful reminder of how the generosity of our CLP children is making a difference across the world.

We are thankful for our volunteers and the opportunity they have to share God’s love with the Open Arms family. Please keep our team and the children in your prayers as they enjoy their time together!

November 5–8, Kairos Prison Ministry will be sharing the transforming love, forgiveness, and hope of Jesus Christ with women at Perryville Prison in Goodyear. Through prayer, fellowship, and a special retreat, Kairos reminds incarcerated women that they are not forgotten and that new life in Christ is possible.

You can be part of God's mission! Whether you pray, make a financial gift, create encouraging placemats or posters, or volunteer, every act of service is an opportunity to share Christ's love.
