It's All In The CardsWednesday, Dec 7, 1pm Like Canasta or want to learn this very easy, very fun card game? Join It is in the Cards every first Wednesday at 1pm in Souers Hall. You do not need to bring anything, as cards and directions will be ready for all. We begin with brief discussion on the Upper Room devotion for the day, and then get straight to the game! Christmas In the Park ParadeSaturday, December 10, 9:30am, 477 Old Litchfield Rd A group from our church will be walking in Christmas in the Park, a parade in Litchfield Park on Saturday, December 10. We are looking for walkers of all ages to be part of this parade, sharing our wonderful church with the community. Please wear red or green tops or Christmas clothes. We will meet near the lake at 477 Old Litchfield Rd. The parade will end near the library in Litchfield Park. We will gather at 9:30 am, the parade begins at 10 am. Christmas Poinsettias
Would you like to remember a loved one, honor someone, or simply spread the spirit of Christmas with a poinsettia? We will accept poinsettia plants (6” pots please, any color) in the church office during regular hours (9am-4pm) Monday-Wednesday, December 12-14. The poinsettias will be displayed in the sanctuary and Souers Hall December 18-25, with the honorees’ names listed in the bulletin on the 18th. For more infomation visit:

The Christmas Angel TreeNovember 27 - December 11 This year our Christmas Angel Tree gifts will be given to Homeless Youth Connection. We will be giving them gift cards in the amounts of $15.00, $25.00 and $50.00. The tree will be set up November 27, December 4 and 11. There will also be a list of suggested places to purchase these cards. All gift cards will need to be given back to the church by December 11. Amazing CLP Kids Christmas Party!
Nineteen CLP Kids enjoyed a Christmas celebration on Friday, December 2! Aided by Children's Coordinator, Brenda Houlihan, and Children/Youth Director, Aimee Wickersham, the kids enjoyed games, pizza, and a white elephant gift exchange! They also made gingerbread houses and watched A Charlie Brown Christmas. Thanks to all the kids, parents, and volunteers who made it awesome! Click the link to see more photos!
