Our church offers five $2000 scholarships to seniors who have been active in community service.  One is reserved for a church member, the others are open to any student who attends high school in the Agua Fria School District.  Applications are available at the church office, Monday - Thursday 9am-4pm.  You can also email info@clp.church and we will email the application to you.

The Time is Now

Spiritual food is a vital part of the Christian walk. We are fed through God’s Word, Communion, spending time with Jesus in prayer, and living life together through fellowship. God doesn’t want us depleted and running on empty, rather He wants us energized and ready for the ministry in front of us. Take some time today, and enjoy the spiritual food that God provides.

Last Sunday in CLP Kids, we explored the story of David and Bathsheba, learning how our choices have consequences and how God invites us to confess, repent, and grow. In Confirmation, we studied the Doctrine of the Holy Spirit, and CLP Youth circled up to dig into Psalm 1:1-3, talking about what it means to be rooted and nourished by God's Word.

This Sunday, CLP Kids will meet Solomon and discover how he asked God for wisdom (1 Kings 10). It's the perfect time to talk about Proverbs and the difference between the fool, the wise, and the wicked. Pastor Kris will guide Confirmation students through the Doctrine of the Church, and CLP Youth will learn the Parable of the Prodigal Son.

Our towel wrap is on April 9th following our church dinner, we hope you can stay and help after dinner.

We have a blue apron for you at The Table!  We’re seeking sous chefs to serve with Chef Carla in her fun kitchen and other folks to serve the happy diners coming through the buffet.  It’s always a blessing to work as a team to create a warm family environment for everyone who comes through the doors.

Calling All Young Servants! Become an Acolyte for the 8:30 Service!

We are excited to invite children from Kindergarten through 5th grade to join our Acolyte Ministry. Acolytes will have the opportunity to serve in the 8:30 Sunday service, starting with a commitment of just one Sunday per month.

This is a wonderful chance for our young ones to actively participate in worship, learn about serving others, and grow in their faith. Training will be held Sunday, March 30th at 11:15 AM in the Sanctuary to guide new acolytes through their roles and responsibilities.

If your child is interested or you’d like more information, we’d love to hear from you. Let’s help them shine in this meaningful ministry!

Join Us for the City of Litchfield Park’s Easter Egg Hunt!

We are excited to support the City of Litchfield Park’s first-ever Easter Egg Hunt in their beautiful new park—right across from the church! This is a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the season with family, friends, and neighbors while enjoying a fun-filled morning together.

The event kicks off at 9:30 AM and will feature an Easter egg hunt, photos with the Easter Bunny, live music, delicious food vendors, a petting zoo, and more!

This is a wonderful way to come together as a community and experience the joy of Easter. Mark your calendars, bring your family, and join in the fun!

Join Women@CLP for a Summer Read!

In the busy chaos of our everyday, it can be difficult to live out and apply the truths of Scripture. We want more of Jesus, but we find ourselves looking to our own lives and accomplishments for our worth and identity. And while that may buoy us for a time, we're often left feeling dried up, discouraged, and longing for more.

This summer, Women@CLP invites you to refresh your soul and deepen your faith with our summer book study of The Well-Watered Woman by Gretchen Saffles. Together, we’ll explore what it means to be rooted in Christ, nourished by His Word, and flourishing in faith.

We’ll meet weekly beginning:
Thursday, May 8 (5:00–6:00 PM) OR Tuesday, May 13 (10:30–11:30 AM)
Location: Fireside North and South

In this study, you’ll discover:

• The Well of fullness – where the gospel is planted in our lives and our roots take hold in the truth.
• The Word of freedom – our journey of growing, changing, and being transformed into Jesus’ likeness.
• The Way of fruitfulness – how obedience and love keep us flourishing in Christ.

Through Scripture, personal reflection, and rich discussion, we’ll encourage one another in the pursuit of a thriving life in Christ.
