Sunday March 16Join us at 8:30 or 10:00 for worship Pastor Ted plans to preach a sermon entitled “Confident in Faith or Reacting in Fear" based on Psalm 27. The Lord is my light and my salvation; It is vital to our spiritual and emotional health that we learn to respond from the core of our spirituality instead of reacting out of fear. Our fears may stem from the way we were raised in our family of origin. Here's a question from the Emotionally Healthy curriculum to consider: In what relationships or circumstances do you sense God may be inviting you live in two worlds—to listen deeply even though you may not fully agree with what the other person is saying—and to do so without reacting, growing impatient, or becoming defensive? Everyone is welcome at The Church at Litchfield Park, A House of Prayer for All People. For more infomation visit:

CLP Kids Church Sunday at 8:30 & 10CLP Kids: Worship, Learn, and Grow in Faith! Join us on Sunday for CLP Kids Church!
Check-in by the sanctuary bell tower and join us on this amazing journey of faith! At CLP Kids Church, kids grow in their faith, serve in Christ’s love, and engage in God’s mission.
Children ages 5 and up start in the sanctuary, worshiping with the congregation to learn what it means to be part of God’s family. Then, they head to Classroom 6 for fun, engaging lessons, creative activities, and meaningful connections.
This Sunday, we’ll study the incredible story of David and Goliath and see how a young shepherd boy, armed with faith and a few small stones, defeated a mighty giant! David trusted that God was with him, giving him the courage to stand strong in the face of fear. We’ll explore how we, too, can have faith like David, trusting in God's strength to help us overcome the challenges we face every day.
Don’t forget to continue your Lenten Journals as we walk through this season together, growing closer to Jesus. Also, be sure to pick up your Mission’s Table Talk Jar and Lenten Devotion so your whole household can worship together and support the many missions we serve at CLP. This is a great way to make Lent a time of learning, giving, and drawing near to God as a family.
Join our team! Our program is growing, and we’re excited to see so many children learning about Jesus! We’d love more volunteers to help make Sundays even more special. If you’re interested in joining this meaningful ministry, please reach out to Pastor Brenda. Let’s keep growing together! |

City of Litchfield Park Easter Egg HuntSaturday, April 12, 2025 Join Us for the City of Litchfield Park’s Easter Egg Hunt!
We are excited to support the City of Litchfield Park’s first-ever Easter Egg Hunt in their beautiful new park—right across from the church! This is a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the season with family, friends, and neighbors while enjoying a fun-filled morning together.
Before heading to the city park, join us at The Church at Litchfield Park for a special family worship service at 8:30 AM. We will be passing out special Easter eggs, reading the Easter Story, and celebrating the meaning of Easter together. Afterward, we invite families to walk over to the city park for the festivities.
The city's event kicks off at 9 AM and will feature an Easter egg hunt, photos with the Easter Bunny, live music, delicious food vendors, a petting zoo, and more!
This is a wonderful way to come together as a community and experience the joy of Easter.
Mark your calendars, bring your family, and join in the fun! |

Join us for the Lenten Table TalkGrow in Faith and Engage in God's Mission You are invited to journey through Lent with us as we engage in prayer, reflection, and service. Each year, we create Table Talk, a 40-day devotional designed to help us deepen our faith while learning about and supporting the missions we serve at The Church at Litchfield Park (CLP). This devotional is an opportunity for individuals and families to grow, serve, and engage in God’s mission together.
During this season of sacrifice and renewal, we will reflect on Scripture, explore the work of the missions CLP supports, and seek ways to serve with our time, talents, and treasures. Through personal reflection and community engagement, we are called to live out Christ’s love by caring for the hungry, sheltering the homeless, supporting the vulnerable, and bringing hope to those in need.
How to Participate
This Lenten season, let us walk together in faith, embracing the call to be the hands and feet of Jesus in the world.
May this journey strengthen our commitment to prayer, service, and mission as we prepare our hearts for the joy of Easter. For more infomation visit: http://clp.church/news/join-us-for-our-annual-lenten-table-talk
