Join us for a brief service of reflection and prayer to begin the season of Lent.  Those who wish may receive ashes on their forehead or the back of their hand.  Let's begin the journey to the cross and the empty tomb.

This Sunday we celebrated Holy Communion and heard the story of Jesus' transfiguration as Pastor Ted preached a sermon based on Luke's telling of the story:

Our church offers five $2000 scholarships to seniors who have been active in community service.  One is reserved for a church member, the others are open to any student who attends high school in the Agua Fria School District.  Applications are available at the church office, Monday - Thursday 9am-4pm.  You can also email info@clp.church and we will email the application to you.

This Serve Sunday in CLP Kids was a meaningful time of learning and reflection as we explored Lent, Ash Wednesday, and the importance of repentance in preparing our hearts for Easter. We are blessed by the many volunteers that serve each week in CLP Kids!

Our youth gathered for lunch and fellowship at Dickey’s BBQ, made possible by the generous donation of Ron and Judy Anderson—thank you for your kindness!

In Confirmation, we explored the Doctrine of Creation, discussing God as the Creator of all things and what that means for our faith and purpose.

It was a wonderful day of growth and community!

Volunteer to help fill emergency food boxes.  Sixth grade and up, carpooling, and will meet in the church parking lot at 11:15 AM. Wear close-toed shoes and no jewellery.
