Live NativityThank you to all who served... Church Family, To all who served and celebrated with us at our Live Nativity, thank you! Your time, talents, and love made this event truly magical and deeply meaningful for so many in our community. A special highlight this year was the addition of the Remembrance Candle Lighting. This sacred space became a place of healing for those navigating the grief journey. Thank you to everyone who lovingly served here, offering compassion and care to each person. Your presence was a reminder of God’s comfort and peace, and your ministry was a beautiful reflection of Christ’s love. I am humbled by your service. Brenda Martin and her team—what can I say? You made the best hot chocolate ever! I heard from multiple hot chocolate experts. Thank you for warming hearts and hands. Dave Alward and Annie Cate, thank you for bringing the excitement of Christmas to life through Santa photos. Your joy and dedication made every family’s experience a treasure to remember and the photos were a gift to be treasured. Karen Russo Anderson and your merry team of elves, thank you for helping parents and kids create special ornaments to cherish for years to come. Your creativity and energy added such a festive touch to the evening. Carrie Bemis, thank you to you and your amazing team for bringing the reason for the season alive through the Live Nativity story. It was a joy to watch hearts inspired and reminded of the true meaning of Christmas. To our youth, Cole Lozon, and everyone who contributed to the bake sale—you raised over $600 for the summer mission trip! Thank you to all the bakers for the sweet treats that delighted us all. I must admit, I couldn’t pick a favorite. The peanut butter cookies, expertly decorated traditional Christmas cookies, Mexican wedding cake cookies (yes, please!), lemon bars, and brownies—they were all my favorites! THANK YOU! Finally, to Pam Justice, Jack Sigler, and Joe Bemis—thank you for spreading Christmas joy throughout the neighborhood with the caroling hayrides. Thank you to Pastor Kris and Myra Curtis for leading the caroling! The music, laughter, and festive spirit were felt by everyone. Thank you, Jenni Goodall, for stepping in and organizing the hayride line-you brought order to chaos, my friend! To each of you who served in any capacity, your efforts made this Live Nativity more than just an event—it became a holy, joy-filled experience where community, healing, and the love of Christ came together. Thank you for your servant hearts and your willingness to bring the light of Christ into our community. With gratitude and abounding love, |

Thank You for Sharing the Joy of Christmas!Through the Angel Tree Once again, you’ve helped make Christmas even brighter for so many families through your generous contribution of gift cards. These thoughtful gifts were given to New Life Center, a local organization dedicated to providing shelter, safety, and support for individuals and families escaping domestic violence. New Life Center not only offers a secure place for survivors to rebuild their lives but also provides essential resources and programs to help them regain independence and hope. Your generosity has ensured that these families will feel the warmth of Christ’s love this season. |

3F ClubJoin this monthly dinner gathering for Christian fellowship, food, and fun! - Sunday, January 12, 2025 Please join us January 12 at 11:30pm in Souers Community Hall for our 3F Club kickoff potluck. Please bring your favorite dish to share (entrée, side or salad.) The 3F Club: Faith, Food, and Fellowship Look to the New Year for a great new fellowship opportunity! You’ll have the chance to sign up to join with couples and singles of all ages to create a dinner club. You will then be paired with three other family units made up of couples or singles. Once a month for the following four months, each couple or individual in your personal “club” will host dinner, and other members of your club will assist. This will give folks the opportunity to meet in the comfort of someone’s home instead of a restaurant to share a meal. Each family unit will have the opportunity to serve as host. We’ll join together to create intimate groups, get to know each other better, enjoy a little food, and drink, some fellowship, develop deeper, more meaningful relationships, and share the love of God together. Register to attend the planning potluck below. For more infomation visit:
