Stewardship Celebration Dinner & CLP Kids Christmas Story Pageant
Wednesday, December 10 | 5:00–7:00 PM | Souers Community Hall

Join us for a special evening of fellowship and celebration as we gather for our annual Stewardship Dinner and enjoy the CLP Kids Christmas Story Pageant—a joyful retelling of the birth of Jesus presented by our children.
We’ll be serving a Pork Roast Dinner with sides and dessert. Please sign up below to help us plan for food and seating. All are welcome—bring your family, friends, and a grateful heart as we celebrate a season of faith, hope, and love at The Church at Litchfield Park.

Thank you for your willingness to donate baked goods to support our youth! Drop off your baked goods (individually packaged if possible) on Sunday morning, December 14, at Souers Hall between 8-11am ... and we'll have them ready for the bake sale during the Live Nativity from 5-7pm.

Join us at The Church at Litchfield Park for our annual Live Nativity on Sunday , December 14, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM—a free, family-friendly event that brings the story of Christ’s birth to life!

Here’s what to look forward to:

• Live Nativity Scene: Witness the Christmas story unfold with rotating performances and inspiring music.
• Christmas Caroling Hayrides: Hop on a festive hayride and sing along to holiday favorites (departures at 5:15 PM and 6:15 PM).
• Hot Chocolate Bar: Warm up with a delicious cup of hot chocolate.
• Bake Sale: Support our youth summer mission trip by grabbing some tasty treats!
• Kids Crafts: Let the little ones get creative with holiday-themed crafts.
• Santa Photos: Capture the season's magic with a photo op with Santa!
• Remembrance Candle Lighting: Take a quiet moment to honor loved ones in our peaceful sanctuary.

Whether you’re here for the hayrides, crafts, or a peaceful moment of reflection, the Live Nativity is the perfect way to embrace the joy, wonder, and true meaning of Christmas.

Poinsettias in Remembrance
You are invited to bring a poinsettia in loving memory or in honor of someone dear to your heart.
Please bring your poinsettia in a 6-inch pot and drop it off during worship on Sunday, December 21, or at the church office December 15–18, between 9am - 4pm

These beautiful flowers will fill our worship space with love and remembrance throughout the Christmas season.

The Open Arms for Children annual holiday benefit at the Wigwam Resort is now Sunday, December 14.  Doors will open at 5pm.  This year, in addition to great food and music, we will feature comedian Fred Klett.  Admission is complimentary, but a free-will offering benefiting our children will be taken.

The 20^th Anniversary trip to the Open Arms Home for Children in South Africa has been updated to October 21 through October 29, 2026, allowing the group to stay at Morgan Bay Hotel, Cape Town.  Three days in South Africa are spent with the children from Open Arms and three days are spent doing some sightseeing in the Cape Town area.

In moments of emergency, preparation brings clarity, safety, and peace of mind. Having a clear evacuation plan helps ensure everyone knows exactly where to go and what to do if we ever need to exit our campus quickly. Our designated evacuation location is Scout Park, located across from Scout Lodge and behind the large corner house directly across from the church. Please also remember that we have three AEDs on campus for cardiac emergencies: one outside the kitchen in Souers Community Hall, one in the office by the front door, and one in the Sanctuary in the Bell Tower. As always, the most important thing is to listen carefully to instructions and remain calm. We are prepared — and because we have a plan, we can respond with confidence and care for one another.
