Here's what's happening this Sunday at CLP

The Church at Litchfield Park
This Sunday@CLP (January 5, 2025).
Can I Get a Witness?

Can I Get a Witness?

Join us at 8:30 or 10:00 for worship

This Sunday, we’ll explore John 1:1-14, where the eternal Word became flesh and dwelt among us. As we begin a new year, it’s a perfect time to reflect on questions like, Who am I? Who am I becoming? Together, we’ll examine how Christ’s light shines into our lives, revealing paths of transformation and hope. Come and be encouraged as we consider how to align our lives with His eternal purpose and step into the new year with renewed faith.

Have you ever participated in a local walk to Emmaus?

Have you ever participated in a local walk to Emmaus?

The Walk To Emmaus is an ecumenical movement sponsored by the Upper Room under the National Board of Discipleship of the United Methodist Church. The 72-hour Emmaus weekend has been described as a short course in Christianity. It enlivens people to the reality of Christ’s love and presence in a way that leads the individual to greater action in witness for Christ. It is designed to make Christ known in the world and equip the participants with the tools and resources they need to keep the freshness and enthusiasm received on the weekend.

We'd like to know who at CLP, besides Pastor Ted, has been on a Walk to Emmaus, or a similar Cursillo weekend.  Please use this form to indicate whether you are an Emmaus or Cursillo alumni and also whether this sounds like something you'd be interested in doing.

Please use this form - thank you! https://clp.breezechms.com/form/Emmaus2025
