Women@CLP: It's Time Celebration!

Hello Church family.

This past Saturday, 54 women gathered for an afternoon of fellowship, encouragement, and purpose—and it was a meaningful time together.

Rather than simply sharing ideas, we invited one another to respond. Each woman left with a tangible next step:

• minister to one person,
• serve in one area of church ministry,
• and volunteer in one place within the community.

The response was both thoughtful and immediate.

• 18 women committed to serve on an upcoming Friday at Agua Fria.
• 12 women expressed interest in supporting Luke Air Force Base spouses and families, with Susan stepping forward to help lead this effort.
• Additional women showed interest in grief support, caregiver support, and prison ministry, opening doors for future areas of care and outreach.

What stood out most was a shared willingness to move from intention to action—small, faithful steps that reflect a larger obedience to God’s call.

We are grateful for what began here and are expectant for what God will continue to do through these commitments. We’ll keep you updated as these opportunities develop and grow.
