The “Undie Sunday” drive was more than a collection of essentials; it was a true embodiment of Christ’s love and compassion in action. Often, we take basic items like undergarments for granted, but for those in need, they restore a sense of dignity and comfort. Jesus showed us that loving others includes tending to practical needs, affirming worth, and showing that no one is overlooked. Your generosity—donating 150 pairs of men’s underwear, 90 pairs of men’s socks, 25 undershirts, 290 pairs of women’s underwear, and 70 pairs of women’s socks—reflected this love so powerfully.

Each donation, from socks to undershirts, offered more than warmth; it provided dignity and showed our neighbors that they matter deeply. Brenda Martin, who delivered the items, sent a note with a few images saying, “I am so proud of ‘my’ church!” Her pride is a testament to this spirit of generosity, reflecting our shared calling to be a community that loves and serves others wholeheartedly. This drive wasn’t just about giving; it was about restoring dignity, offering hope, and sharing the compassion of Christ in meaningful ways.
