You are invited to journey through Lent with us as we engage in prayer, reflection, and service. Each year, we create Table Talk, a 40-day devotional designed to help us deepen our faith while learning about and supporting the missions we serve at The Church at Litchfield Park (CLP). This devotional is an opportunity for individuals and families to grow, serve, and engage in God’s mission together.
During this season of sacrifice and renewal, we will reflect on Scripture, explore the work of the missions CLP supports, and seek ways to serve with our time, talents, and treasures. Through personal reflection and community engagement, we are called to live out Christ’s love by caring for the hungry, sheltering the homeless, supporting the vulnerable, and bringing hope to those in need.
Set aside weekly devotional time as an individual or family.
Learn about the missions CLP partners with, both locally and globally.
Reflect on Scripture and questions that challenge and inspire.
Seek ways to serve in Christ’s love, whether through giving, volunteering, or prayer.
Collect offerings in your family’s jar to support missions, to be presented on Easter Sunday.
This Lenten season, let us walk together in faith, embracing the call to be the hands and feet of Jesus in the world. May this journey strengthen our commitment to prayer, service, and mission as we prepare our hearts for the joy of Easter.
