Closed Campus Events

As you read the weekly e-news or church calendar, you may notice that some activities are specifically promoted as CLP Kids or CLP Youth events. These events are typically designated as Closed Campus Events.

This means that access to children's and youth ministry spaces is limited to registered participants and approved volunteers. You may occasionally notice that other activities are relocated or that guests are asked not to remain in children's ministry areas during these events. While we always seek to be welcoming, these practices reflect our commitment to providing a safe and trusted environment for every child entrusted to our care.

Approved volunteers serving during Closed Campus Events complete CLP's Level One background screening and are trained in important safety practices, including two deep leadership and other child protection procedures designed to safeguard both children and volunteers.
